What is the Inner Compass about?

Navigating your way back to your authentic self

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply aware that something in your life wants attention.

Maybe therapy isn't something that's been normalised in your family, or community and you're not sure where would be a good place to start.

The Inner Compass Community is a space where you can begin to explore that without pressure, without judgment, and without needing to have it all figured out.

How does this space do that?

A structured and open learning space with an integrative approach

This is an online community for people who want to work alongside others, in support to:

  • understand themselves more deeply

  • feel more connected between the mind-body relationship

  • move through life’s challenges with more clarity and self-assurance

Together, we explore what’s behind the blocks, limiting beliefs that no longer serve you, and through an integrative approach that blends therapeutic tools such as mindfulness, NLP and EFT (tapping), reflection, and the shared human experience, we move towards authentic expression and alignment with self, as well as through the learnings of others.

How does this space do that?

This isn’t about being “fixed”

This space is designed to support real, lasting change.
Not through pressure or quick fixes, but through understanding, practice, and connection.

Interpersonal neurobiology & growth in relationship

Rather than focusing only on individual insight, this approach recognises that we grow through connection, with ourselves and with others.

Drawing from interpersonal neurobiology, you’ll begin to understand how your nervous system, patterns, and past experiences shape the way you feel, respond, and relate.

Alongside this, a gentle growth-oriented mindset is woven throughout the space, supporting you to meet yourself with curiosity instead of criticism, and to see change as something that unfolds over time, not something you have to force.

You’re not expected to “get it right”, just to stay open to noticing, learning, and growing in your own way.

A guided 12-week journey with weekly “innercises”

While there’s flexibility in how you engage, you’re also supported by a clear and thoughtful structure.

The 12-week journey offers a series of workshops that build on each other, helping you deepen your awareness step by step.

Alongside this, you’ll receive simple weekly “innercising” tools and practices designed to help you integrate what you’re learning into your everyday life.

These aren’t tasks to complete or boxes to tick, but invitations to explore, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.
