Mission

With Inner Compass, it's believed every person carries an innate guidance system that, when heard, leads to a life of agency, certainty, and belonging. Our mission is to gently support those who feel disconnected from their true selves to reconnect with their inner wisdom through trauma‑informed, integrative approaches that honour the inseparable relationship between mind and body.

We create transformative, accessible experiences that help you move beyond survival mode into authentic living.
Through personalised support, experiential practices, and compassionate guidance, we invite you to release limiting patterns, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild self‑trust at your own pace.

We stand firmly in the belief that you are not broken and do not need fixing. Our work illuminates the path back to what is already whole within you, helping you recalibrate your inner compass so you can navigate life’s complexities with confidence, connection, and purpose.

Why we do, what we do, when we do it.

I didn’t set out to “fix” people. I set out to listen and understand, why we do, what we do, when we do it. To understand those who feel misunderstood and to hold that space to listen to those that feel unheard.

Over the years, sitting with hundreds of individuals in moments of overwhelm, transition, and quiet courage, I noticed recurring themes.
Beneath the noise of stress and the pull of old narratives, there was always a steady voice within. An inner compass, waiting to be acknowledged.

My own journey from ACE taught me that healing isn’t a straight line, and it isn’t purely cognitive. It lives in the body, the breath, the stories we carry, and the relationships we nurture with ourselves.

I’m an integrative therapist and experiential coach, drawing on trauma‑informed, mind‑body work, nervous system regulation, and gentle narrative exploration. I value partnership over prescription; we co‑create the process together. Some days it looks like tapping (EFT) to soften anxiety, other days it’s a grounding practice, a reframed belief with Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), or simply learning to pause, listen and connect.

Why do I do this work?

Because I’ve experienced and seen what happens when someone hears their inner wisdom again: shoulders soften, breath returns, choices feel clearer, and life regains a sense of belonging. I believe everyone deserves that.
My commitment is to meet you exactly where you’re at with warmth, curiosity, and unconditional acceptance, and to walk alongside you as you find your own way home.
